Deposit Emergency Assistance Program
|
|
The HOME program, through the local CAAs, provides
the Tenant Based Rental Assistance Security Deposit program. This program
assists low income families with up to one months rent for a security deposit.
These funds are used in emergency situations to prevent homelessness or to
assist persons in transitional housing secure permanent rental housing.

month's rent.

All deposits you should receive a receipt. The
amount of the deposit should be noted on your written lease agreement.
