agencies to service Landlords and Tenants
or others in need..
"People are constantly looking for
information and assistance on Landlord
Tenant issues across their nation -
quickly and for free," said
David Dorfman, Publisher, Rentlaw.com.
"And we're delighted that many of
them are choosing Rentlaw.com for its
simplicity and national coverage"
Rentlaw.com operates one of the largest
and free Landlord Tenant Guides on the
Internet. In addition
to its 40,000 registered members,
Rentlaw.com serves non-registered as well.
The site is free and no membership is
required. "Registered members will
receive a monthly newsletter with a
monthly site or information to
research," said Dorfman.
In their October, 2002 newsletter
(http://www.rentlaw.com/newsletternat1002.htm),
Rentlaw.com introduced members to the
Department of Housing and Urban
Development website (www.hud.gov)
and their many programs suitable to
Landlords and Tenants.
As we build scale, we intend to extend
our articles and news features across all
fascists of the Real Estate market
whenever feasible," said Dorfman.
"After all, Rentlaw.com has
built a prominent Landlord Tenant guide
that consumers rely on every day."
Rentlaw.com said it is anxious to offer
consumers as much information as possible
and has expanded to include information on
Renter's
Insurance, Mortgage Rates, Credit and
more. "This is what our members
want," said Dorfman "Quick,
free information."
"Landlords may want to become
Tenants, and some Tenants want to be
Landlords," said Dorfman. "Think
about it. The ability of a Tenant becoming
the Landlord. People have visions of
making millions as a Landlord while others
are looking for an investment more stable
then the stock market or a good tax
shelter. Some want to be the next
Trump."
Dorfman explained that RENTLAW.COM
includes more information on Real Estate
Investment as well as the Landlord Tenant
Relationship. Rentlaw.com offers a large
selection of Real Estate Books - for the
Landlord, Tenant, Investor and Real Estate
Agent.
"The fact that we've reached
40,000 registered members this quickly
clearly proves that the there is a strong
need for Landlord Tenant and Real Estate
information in general" said Dorfman.
"We're hopeful that state regulators
will continue to make decisions that will
enable Landlords and Tenants quickly
understand the complicated issues
surrounding the Landlord Tenant
relationship and at the same time,
encourage others to invest in Rental
Housing instead of the stock market."
