THE RENTER INSURANCE LETTER should be given to the
tenant as part of the lease packet. It simply advises them they should
obtain RENTERS INSURANCE and the purpose of it.
We included a spot for the landlord / property manager to check off if
Renters Insurance is required or not. We also noted that they may
refer to our website for more information or to obtain quotes on
Renters Insurance.
