THE RENTAL APPLICATION:   I have been a landlord now for 26 years and have had good tenants and what may be called a "bad" tenant - but not so bad considering it could be worse. This is from my view as a small landlord. Those with more tenants in various types of housing may have different views.

In general, the RENTAL APPLICATION will gather the basic information from the tenant and may be a form separate from a credit application.
