Idaho List of Rent Administration Forms

To begin preparing a case for wither a landlord or tenant, have at least the following information:

• Names and addresses of both the landlord(s) and the tenant(s).

• The address of the rented property.

• The last day rent was paid.

• The monthly rent amount.

• The names of any sub-tenant(s) living at the property.

• The amount of rent that is past due.

• The date the rent became past due.
