The Mississippi Eviction process beings
after non-payment of rent by the tenant. The
Landlord may serve the tenant with a 3-day notice.
If the tenant fails to pay within the 3 day period,
the Landlord may proceed with the Eviction process
in the local court where the property is located.
The landlord may not lock-out or evict the tenant
without going through the Mississippi Eviction
Proceeding.
