NOTICE, WITHIN FIVE DAYS OF THE DATE OF SERVICE OF
THIS NOTICE, WILL WAIVE THE LANDLORD'S RIGHT TO
TERMINATE THE LEASE UNDER THIS NOTICE, UNLESS THE
LANDLORD AGREES IN WRITING TO CONTINUE THE LEASE IN
